-7 centers the body- throat, heart, belly, reproductive organs, legs, area excrete waste,
Karma-every thought and action
-arta-material world
-kama-pleasure: emotions, physical; fulfilling darma reaches acceptance
-do it as well as you can- in what your doing Darma
-eternity way beyond we and my interpretation
